Virtual/Remote Internship in Digital Marketing

An internship is a period of work experience offered by an organization for a limited period of time. Internship might be paid or unpaid, few organizations charges for internship and pay’s stipend and few organization charges nothing. We can call this online internship in other ways known as “virtual internship” or “remote internship”. Through Internship, will get the job with “relevant skills”.

Online Internship is nothing but getting the projects/work done through online without visiting the office, it’s just like work from home. As it is habituated to many of the employees from many organizations throughout this pandemic situation.

An Internship is a very short period of job, might be six months or three months or less and also the stipend depends on organization’s and institute’s from start-up to existing organizations and institutions. A virtual internship in digital marketing “creates plenty of offers”. While doing digital marketing internships, an individual can work on another project through some Facebook ads or get clients through up-work, freelancing etc. (“Multi-tasking and Time Management”). The only thing is the digital marketer should have a good portfolio to show their work to the clients. Digital Marketing has few modules, hence the work differs to person to person. Few can work on all the modules, few are experts in couple of modules, so they choose particular modules in digital marketing to work. Digital Marketing creates plenty of offers through online like by using social media to sell or buy the goods or services. A digital marketer can manage the work through a good supported mobile/tab/laptop/desktop.

As it is a remote internship, an individual can apply for any company regardless of any location, without relocating and the working hours might get “very flexible”. As a digital marketer, need to “create and implement effective social media strategies” designed to help clients find new ways to market their business. A digital marketer must have all social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube etc. to create ad campaigns for the organization to generate leads, viewers, increasing subscribers, etc..,

On-site internship – On-site means we have to travel to office where it costs time and travelling charges. There is no flexibility in work hours etc.

Virtual Internship - It provides the intern the flexibility in terms of managing is personal and professional life. Work can be managed being at home or while travelling depending upon the domain of work. It is nothing but an internship where intern is not present at the physical job location rather it is a remote professional setting in which work experience program is conducted virtually where the mode of communication can be through phone or internet. It is a great benefit for the organizations, they can save more money which is “profitable” for both interns and organizations.

If your “work is creativity” based, it can be really difficult to come up with ideas within the office cubicle. From this point of view, the availability of a remote internship is a boon. You can sit in any corner of your home, parks, coffee shops etc. from where your creativity thoughts raise. There is no need to spend your entire day in a small cubicle.

Also, we need to know few of the disadvantages in this:

Network Issue’s: We might get some network issues in between the work, might get one day or couples of days to solve the query once the ticket is raised with the technical team.

Miscommunication: It is main barrier of the virtual internship, we might involve in the video calls or email conversation etc., and here there are chances of not getting the total information or a clear information of the project/work. Might not get better understanding about the project, hence there are chances of long conversations which takes time.

Managing things: Sometimes there might be urgency at your location/personal issues, hence the project might get delayed and need to manage both personal life and work life accordingly.

Feeling Disconnected: At office, we get immediate answers while training or while working when we work together with the team as the communication is easy (face to face), missing learning from others through buddy-up’s or shadowing. Here, there is a chance of difficulty in knowledge transfer.

Feeling Left Out: You may feel left out as you may not be able to attend social events like birthday parties, office festive events, team meetings, Friday fun, etc. with your colleagues.

India is a democratic, secular, developing and dependable country

Yes, you heard right!! India is still a developing country since from Independence till today and it will be a developing country but not as developed country, India stands no-where out of 100 developed countries in the world. And yes, India is a dependable country too, it depends on other nations to grow its national income, India has to strive to stand for itself and has to take critical decisions too. India is welcoming investments from other countries but has no proper investments made for itself. Because the so-called governments are not ruling very well, they work for money to live their life better and from where did they get this money? Yes, from bribes, taxes, etc… Of course, every individual work for money but the political leaders must work for nation and strive towards the national developments. Family

Family is not easy to maintain, it needs affection, love, relation, emotion, values, etc. Every house has the family indeed, we should take care of our family with all the responsibilities with all the respect. Family is not only parents and children, also cousins, in-laws, friends etc. Try to mingle the friends with the family and treat them like a family, they will be overwhelmed with the respect and value which we give them, and they will include with our family and treat us back like a family with the respect and value. Spend time with the family, we should learn balancing life between our personal and professional, give time to our members, go out, have fun, entertain them, love them. Money does not matter in every moment, gain a family with love. Do not think about the money which spent on yesterday! Do not think about what we are spending for family in present, save money for future, money is not important, we are earning for our families, families are lifelong, but money is

Caste, Religious and Politics

What is Religious? What is Caste? And What is Politics? Caste - The system of dividing society into castes., Religious - Relating to or manifesting faithful devotion to an acknowledged ultimate reality or deity, Politics - The activities associated with the governance of a country or area, especially the debate between parties having power. Who made all these Religious, Castes and Politics? God? No, right! It is people. Politicians are making people to fight each other with the name of this Religious and Caste. It is nothing but Divide and Rule… Hindus, Muslims and Christians are equal, every one has their own religious and spiritual life. No one must judge their religious and castes. No God said people to fight with the name of Religious and Castes. No book (Bible, Quran and Bhagavad-Gita) explained to fight with the name of Religious and castes. Only to treat the people with love and affections. Jesus didn't try to convince people to believe anything new, change a
