Affiliate Marketing

A marketing arrangement by which an online retailer pays some commission to the external website for traffic or sales generated by the referrals. The goal of using an affiliate marketer is to increase sales—a win-win solution for the merchant and the affiliate. Firms typically pay per sale and less frequently by click or impression.

There are three parties who involved in this:

1)     Seller

2)     Affiliate or Advertiser

3)     Consumer

Well-crafted affiliate marketing programs can boost revenue by a staggering 30%. An affiliate could be the owner of multiple websites or email marketing lists; the more websites or email lists that an affiliate has, the wider his network.

When you join in the affiliate marketing, you will be registering in the website to promote the product or a service by sharing the link in social media with the product or service descriptions. If the viewer likes the description and purchased the product or a service by the referred link, then you will get money.

When you are registering in the affiliate marketing program, you have to give all the details of you including the banking details.

Commission depends on retailer to retailer; commission amount is not always equal.

Affiliate may get paid in various ways:

Pay per sale

Pay per click

Pay per lead

 

Network Marketing

Network marketing is also known as Multi-Level-Marketing which involves the pyramid structured network of people, who sell a company product. Seller gets the commission when they sell the product. Individual get the commission if the other individual joins the other, just like a chain business. Every individual must start the business and sell the product, if the other individual is not selling the product and not doing the business then the chain breaks, hence the individual try to recruit more then 1 individual to start selling the products, so that the chain will not break in between, There are many fraud companies in this network marketing. We have seen many news in news channel.

They start this network marketing by conducting zoom calls with bulk members and motivate them to join in this MLM, they try to say that the income is very high and can earn tons of lakhs in a month. From where they are getting this amount? Only with the referrals. Not only zoom calls they conduct the meetings in hotels.

For Example – If the individual is getting 10 rupees on one individual then he tries to join 100’s of individuals, the fact is the new joiners might not get good business and they will not earn properly and left in between but the individual gets the amount once the person joined in this MLM.

In this network marketing, one should have the great skill to sell the products.

One important thing is before starting the business, you must purchase the products from the company and use it for your own purpose which is called investment, so that, you can explain about the products to the customers, when you try to purchase, If you ask, why should I buy? The smart answer they say is without testing or taste-testing how you can sell? Most of the company’s owners will not taste-test their own products, they hire the individuals for this and experiment on them.

what if you are comparing the product prices which are available in the outside market are low and affordable but the prices in the company website is costly, which one you prefer? The same product, the same ingredients, the same brand but the company is different, which one you will buy? The costlier or affordable?

What if you are from middle class and from poor? Would you not think about your budget?

Very rare people get richer here but not all. It will not work for everyone. Only TWO to FIVE percent can get richer here out of 100%.
